**Job Title**: Creative Strategist

**Location**: Dwarka, Delhi

**Job Type**:Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and lead generation in the B2B space.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns that align with business goals.
- Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for content development.
- Develop B2B content strategies, including thought leadership articles, case studies, whitepapers, and social media campaigns.
- Craft engaging messaging and storytelling to position the brand as an industry leader.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging B2B marketing techniques.
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, and digital teams to create high-impact content and visuals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Creative Strategist** or similar role in B2B marketing.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling.
- Experience in content marketing, demand generation, and campaign execution.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent copywriting and content development skills for B2B audiences.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, SEO best practices, and paid media strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) and lead nurturing techniques is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
