Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager located in Vijayawada. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the operations within the assigned territory. This includes developing and executing strategies for business growth, fostering relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders, ensuring the compliance of all operations with company standards, and achieving sales and operational targets. Additionally, the Territory Manager will conduct market research, analyze data to inform decision-making, resolve customer complaints, and work collaboratively with various internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Experience in Relationship Management and Customer Service
  • Strong Analytical and Market Research skills
  • Ability to achieve Sales and Operational Targets
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software
