Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salesforce Lead (SFDC) to lead our Salesforce development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in LWC, Apex, and Integration, with hands-on experience across at least two Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud).

The role involves technical leadership, solution design, and team management to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and admins.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
  • Oversee development activities involving LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and Integrations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
  • Define best practices, coding standards, and enforce quality through regular code reviews.
  • Manage deployments, release planning, and ensure smooth CI/CD implementation.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and ecosystem tools.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical guidance to the team.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce Development and Architecture.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in LWC, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Experience working on at least two Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, or Experience).
  • Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce security, data model, and governor limits.
  • Experience with DevOps, version control, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Git, Gearset).
  • Salesforce Certifications preferred — Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or Technical Lead certifications.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Flows, OmniStudio, or Lightning App Builder.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
