As a Product Manager for the AppExchange and AgentExchange mobile and web experience, you'll execute and influence the strategic vision and roadmap for these pivotal marketplace platforms. You'll drive innovation for the Salesforce Ecosystem, foster a thriving developer and ISV community, and ensure our marketplaces deliver unparalleled value and trust to the global Salesforce customer base.

What you'll do:
In this role you'll deliver and shape the future of Salesforce's marketplace platforms:

Strategic Vision & Roadmap Ownership: Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for both the AppExchange and AgentExchange, ensuring alignment with Salesforce's platform and AI initiatives.

Ecosystem Development & Monetization: Lead the growth and health of a thriving two-sided marketplace ecosystem, balancing the needs of Salesforce customers and a diverse community of partners and developers.

Product Execution & Lifecycle Management: Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle in collaboration with engineering, design, and security teams to deliver trusted, scalable, and high-quality marketplace experiences that meet the needs of the Salesforce Ecosystem.

AI Focused Innovation: Guide the strategic evolution of AgentExchange, ensuring it provides a secure, reliable, and easy-to-use platform for discovering and deploying trusted AI agents.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering and influencing product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
  • Understanding of CMS, personalization capabilities, ratings and reviews accuracy, information hierarchy, content strategy
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, UX, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex market dynamics and technical concepts into actionable product plans and measurable business results.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including proven experience presenting to executive leadership and representing the company as a domain expert.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, marketing) in a highly-matrixed organization.
  • Experience managing global teams at scale across multiple hubs and time zones.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven track record of building 0-1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or complex two-sided marketplaces.
  • Experience with emerging agent interoperability protocols like MCP and A2A.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce technology, including the Salesforce Platform, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
  • Deep understanding of partner & developer ecosystems and the tools/platforms they use to build and deploy solutions
