Admin cum Front Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:Front Office Management:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier deliveries.
- Maintain visitor logbooks and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Manage reception area cleanliness and professional appearance.
Administrative Support:
- Coordinate with vendors, courier services, and housekeeping staff.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
- Assist in organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documentation.
Facility & Office Coordination:
- Ensure proper functioning of office equipment (printers, telephones, etc.).
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work when needed.
- Support arrangements for office events, travel bookings, and visitor hospitality.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in front office or administrative roles (preferably in FMCG or corporate sector).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and pleasant personality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
