About the Company:
We are a leading real estate company specializing in commercial developments and high-end corporate leasing. Our portfolio includes premium office spaces, business parks, and customized commercial real estate solutions for top-tier clients. We are looking for a dynamic and polished Receptionist cum Front Desk Executive who can be the face of our organization and ensure a professional, welcoming environment for all visitors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and vendors – in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Manage front desk operations with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle couriers, mail (incoming and outgoing), and other front office administrative tasks.
- Provide administrative support.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold company standards in all interactions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a real estate, hospitality, or corporate environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and written.
- Presentable and well-groomed with a pleasant personality and professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation, and the ability to handle pressure gracefully.
- Organized, punctual, and able to multitask efficiently.
