Position: Customer Support Executive

Location: Noida

Process: Blended / Voice Support

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer interactions professionally and courteously
  • Identify customer needs accurately and provide suitable solutions
  • Follow scripts, processes, and quality guidelines
  • Maintain product and process knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR, adherence)
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Team Leaders or relevant teams
  • Ensure customer data confidentiality and follow security policies
  • Participate in coaching, training, and performance improvement sessions
  • Follow company templates, tone guidelines & quality standards
  • Ensure timely responses and resolution as per SLAs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma (minimum requirement)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a voice process
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Strong communication & active listening skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Customer-oriented mindset with empathy
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Flexible for shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Good writing skills
  • Typing speed: 40 WPM preferred
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
