Position: Customer Support Executive
Location: Noida
Process: Blended / Voice Support
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions professionally and courteously
- Identify customer needs accurately and provide suitable solutions
- Follow scripts, processes, and quality guidelines
- Maintain product and process knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR, adherence)
- Escalate unresolved issues to Team Leaders or relevant teams
- Ensure customer data confidentiality and follow security policies
- Participate in coaching, training, and performance improvement sessions
- Follow company templates, tone guidelines & quality standards
- Ensure timely responses and resolution as per SLAs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma (minimum requirement)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a voice process
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong communication & active listening skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Customer-oriented mindset with empathy
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Flexible for shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Good writing skills
- Typing speed: 40 WPM preferred
- Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
