About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development executives to join our growing team at Yotech Infocom Pvt. Ltd.

The role involves lead generation, client visits, product demonstrations, and frequent travel to build strong customer relationships and drive business growth in the Audio Visual (AV) and System Integration industry

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets (B2B / enterprise / channel partners).
  • Generate and qualify new business leads through field visits and client meeting.
  • Visit new and existing clients regularly to promote products and services.
  • Conduct on-site product demonstrations and presentations for customers.
  • Explore new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable audio-visual solutions (Displays, Digital Signages , Indoor Active LED , conferencing systems, control systems, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal sales, technical, and dispatch teams for project updates and follow-ups.
  • Travel frequently for client meetings, demos, and market development.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Education: Diploma / Graduate

Experience: 2- 3 years in Field Sales / Business Development with in the Audio visual , IT Hardware or Technology Sector.

Self-driven, ambitious, and target-oriented professional.

Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a customer-centric mindset.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of AV products Displays, Video Conferencing, Digital Signage, Audio Systems, etc.) will be an advantage.

Skills Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities

Good presentation and demo skills

Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven

Willingness to travel frequently
