We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Admission Counsellor to be the first point of connection for our prospective parents and students.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support overall financial health. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.

Perform general ledger entries and manage accounts payable/receivable.

Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

Prepare Tax, GST filings and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.

Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Coordinate with external auditors and assist during audits.

Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Maintain financial documentation and internal controls.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2+ years of proven experience in an accounting role.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

CPA or other accounting certification is a plus.

Experience with tax preparation and compliance.

Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools.

Working Conditions:

Office environment with standard working hours.

May require occasional overtime during reporting periods.
