The primary responsibilities include driving sales growth, developing and executing strategic sales plans, fostering strong client relationships, and exploring new business opportunities. You will also be involved in strategic planning, marketing activities, and identifying market trends to expand the company's presence in the industry. Collaboration with the team to meet goals and align with the company's vision is a crucial part of your day-to-day activities.QualificationsStrong Sales and Marketing skills, with the ability to develop strategies for growth and build client relationsProven Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solvingExcellent Communication skills, including verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilitiesEffective Research and market analysis skills to identify trends and opportunitiesLeadership experience or entrepreneurial mindset is highly desirableAbility to work collaboratively in a remote, dynamic environmentBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred LEAD GENERATION EXECUTIVE(Top-of-Funnel Specialist)Role ObjectiveBuild a consistent, high-quality pipeline of qualified leads for Uxflexi by researching and sourcing the right founders and product teams.This role does NOT sell.This role builds the fuel for sales.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify ICP-aligned founders (SaaS, HealthTech, FinTech)Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator & databases to source leadsBuild and maintain clean lead listsEnrich lead data (company, role, LinkedIn, email)Qualify leads using defined criteriaUpdate and tag leads in CRM accuratelyDaily / Weekly TasksSource 20–30 new leads per dayVerify and qualify each leadRemove duplicates / low-quality leadsMaintain CRM hygieneSubmit weekly sourcing reportKPIsLeads sourced per dayQualified leads percentage (target 70%+)Data accuracy (errors
