Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a CFO Partner at Uxflexi. The CFO Partner will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role includes providing insights for strategic decision-making, developing financial strategies, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The CFO Partner will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align financial processes with the company's growth objectives.

• Proficiency in Finance and Analytical Skills
• Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Reporting
• Keen attention to detail and strong decision-making skills
• Proficient in modern financial software and tools

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
• Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in a digital or design-focused sector
