Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional in core sales role into Low Voltage or Medium Voltage products [previous/current portfolios] and having team management experience.
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and shaping the go-to-market strategy to expand our footprint in key markets..
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the companys business objectives.
Team Management: Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive long-term business growth.
Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Performance Management: Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and pipeline health; provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
Coaching & Development: Mentor team members to enhance their sales capabilities and support their professional growth.
Experience required :
- 15+ years in core sales experience in Low Voltage or Medium Voltage products [current / previous portfolios], leadership roles, preferably in energy, automation, or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of Schneider Electrics product portfolio.
- Ability to translate business goals into actionable sales strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
