Role - Lead Generation & Outreach SpecialistLocation - JaipurJob Type - Full-TimeSalary - 25k-35k per monthAbout the RoleWe’re seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Expert who will own both outbound and inbound prospecting. You’ll identify high-quality leads, nurture early-stage relationships, and fuel our sales pipeline with qualified opportunities. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and strategy teams to design and execute campaigns that convert interest into conversations.Given the heavy automation and scaling aspect, we prefer someone familiar with automation tools like Dripify, HeyReach, as well as experience in broader automation / AI workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies: email, outreach, content syndication, events, etc.Use automation (Dripify, HeyReach, Sales Navigator) to scale outreach while maintaining personalizationBuild, clean, and maintain targeted prospect lists using CRM, enrichment tools, and market researchQualify leads through structured outreach, discovery conversations, and tailored messaging — across industries like Technology, Telecom, Energy & Utilities, Healthcare, Industrial & ElectronicsCollaborate with marketing to align campaigns with buyer personas, funnel stages, and content assetsTrack, analyze, and optimize key metrics: open rates, reply rates, conversion rates, cost per lead, pipeline velocityStay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and new tools / AI techniques — bring innovations to outreachSupport sales enablement with lead intelligence, scripts, objection handling, and actionable insightsWhat You BringHands-on experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or sales development (1+ years; Freshers can also apply)Proven ability to run end-to-end lead generation campaigns (from prospecting to qualification)Strong familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and lead/data tools (ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)Experience or exposure to automation platforms (Dripify, HeyReach or similar)Comfort with automation, workflow design, and leveraging AI tools or scripts to scale outreachExcellent written and verbal communication - ability to write compelling, relevant messagesData-driven mindset - you test, iterate, optimize based on metrics and feedbackSelf-starter, organized, and able to juggle multiple campaigns and prioritiesWhy Join GrowleadsCompetitive compensation + performance incentives.Hands-on exposure to modern SaaS / B2B growth systems.A culture that values experimentation, learning, and ownership.Opportunity to make measurable impact - you won’t be a small cog.Career path in growth, marketing ops, or revenue operations.Growleads is one of India’s leading B2B lead generation firms, based in Jaipur, helping businesses scale through data-driven outreach, authority building, and performance marketing.
