About the Role:

We're looking for a
Social Media Marketing Specialist
to join our growing team at Cambium Co. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, strategizing, and executing social media campaigns for multiple brands across industries like real estate, hospitality, and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and clients to ensure timely content delivery
  • Manage posting schedules and community engagement
  • Track analytics and prepare performance reports
  • Research trends, plan campaign ideas, and contribute to brand storytelling

Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    in social media management (agency or brand side)
  • Strong understanding of digital trends and social media algorithms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva/Photoshop) is a plus

Compensation:

This is a
paid full-time role
. Salary will be based on experience and skill set.

Work Location:

Chimbel, Goa (on-site role). Candidates should be based in Goa.
