About the role

We're on the hunt for a brilliant Client Director to join our Mumbai Studio.

As a Client Director, you'll be a pivotal force in our client relationships, driving both delivery and development. You'll be the strategic lynchpin between our agency and our valued clients, acting as the central source of truth for your projects. You'll anticipate client and team needs, independently interrogating briefs to identify new workstreams, and lead medium to large projects, partnering closely with creative and strategy leads.

This role is all about fostering deep, collaborative partnerships and nurturing trusted client relationships through consistent commercial, resource, and project management. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project profitability, forecasting revenue, managing budgets, and ensuring operational efficiency. Beyond client delivery, you'll also contribute to new business initiatives, foster our vibrant company culture, and manage and mentor junior team members, identifying growth opportunities that drive both client success and agency innovation.

About you

With a minimum of
6 years of experience
in a leading ad or brand agency, you have a proven track record in strategic account management and building client relationships, particularly with
MNC companies
. You are a visionary leader who inspires confidence, masterfully navigating complex client landscapes with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Your strategic mind orchestrates projects with precision, and your passion for innovation and empowering others drives success. Proactive and results-oriented, you thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Experience with a diverse portfolio of brands is a plus.
