Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team at Mandideep, Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of prior experience in a quality role, preferably in plastic injection molding and new product development (NPD). Strong problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities, and hands-on knowledge of quality documentation and audits are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, document, and implement molding quality assurance standards and review processes
  • Implement proactive and reactive quality measures for cost reduction, efficiency, and quality improvement
  • Prepare and analyze reports such as wall thickness, process parameters, and weight reports
  • Maintain and manage quality documentation, standards, and audits
  • Oversee shop floor activities including 5S, TPM, Kaizen, manpower management, and shift scheduling

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a quality role
  • Experience in plastic injection molding and NPD preferred
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving ability with keen attention to detail
  • Knowledge of quality documentation, standards, and audit processes
