We are hiring for Industrial Relations , Employee Relations & Admin for a manufacturing industry

Interview Process:

1st Round: Virtual

2nd Round: Face-to-Face (at Bangalore location)

Work Details:

5 Days Working

General Shift

Cab Facility: Provided within a 20km radius; beyond 20km, charges applicable as per company grid

Candidate Profile:

Industry Preference: Candidates from a similar manufacturing background are preferred

Qualification: MSW / MBA

Roles and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive long-term settlement agreements with union to enhance productivity and foster healthy employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with grievance handling, disciplinary actions, conciliation proceedings, and court case protocols.
  • Maintain effective relationships with government authorities and law enforcement agencies.
  • Coordinate with operations to provide required contract manpower resources.
  • Address industrial relations (IR) issues with analytical and constructive approaches.
  • Monitor labor law changes and ensure statutory compliance through regular reporting and management advisories.
  • Lead union negotiations on daily matters and manage legal compliance and court-related issues.
  • Promote employee engagement through volunteering and workplace initiatives.
  • Oversee time office administration for accurate attendance and shift management.
  • Conduct training programs and manage skill matrix development for shop floor employees.
  • Facilitate hiring of apprentice trainees in line with business requirements.
  • Supervise occupational health services, including the dispensary.
  • Administer and implement OHSAS and 5S practices in the department.
  • Manage security, housekeeping, and employee transportation.

  • Oversee facility management to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
