Description

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions. Your expertise will contribute to the bank's success in the Bharat Business Loans segment, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for our valued customers.

Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients in the Bharat Business segment.
  • Understand client needs and offer customized financial solutions, including loans and other banking services.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure revenue growth by actively cross-selling and upselling bank products.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service delivery.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations to provide relevant advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications and timely disbursement.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups to maintain a strong client base.
  • Address client queries and concerns promptly, providing effective solutions and maintaining a positive image of the bank.
  • Generate and analyze reports on client interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Attend industry events, seminars, and workshops to represent the bank and build a strong network.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or relationship management role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, especially loans and financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse client portfolio.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software for data analysis and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven approach to work.
