Role Description: Institutional Sales Manager – West (Mumbai)

This is a
full-time, on-site
 role based in
Mumbai
.

The
Institutional Sales Manager – West
 will be responsible for driving institutional sales across the Western region, building and nurturing strong relationships with institutional clients, and developing effective strategies to achieve regional sales targets.

Key responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, managing client accounts, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting financial or investment-related discussions throughout the sales cycle

Key Responsibilities

l Drive institutional sales growth across the Western region

l Identify and pursue new business opportunities through
seeding, hunting, and client acquisition

l Manage and grow existing institutional accounts through effective
farming
 strategies

l Develop and implement customer acquisition and retention plans

l Build strong, long-term relationships with institutional clients

l Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and service

l Provide timely sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence

Qualifications

l Proven experience in
Corporate and Institutional Sales

l Strong understanding of
Business Development
,
customer acquisition
, and
retention strategies

l Demonstrated capability in
seeding (pipeline development), hunting (new client acquisition), and farming (account growth and management)

l Excellent customer service, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

l Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, Finance
, or related field

l Experience in the
travel accessories
,
D2C
, or related industries is a plus
