Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Institutional Sales Manager based in Gurugram. The Institutional Sales Manager will oversee sales activities focused on institutional buyers, develop strategies to penetrate new markets, and nurture long-term client relationships. Responsibilities include handling key accounts, driving revenue growth, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the finance team to align sales objectives with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Institutional Sales and Sales strategy development
  • Understanding of Finance principles and business alignment
  • Strong skills in Customer Service with a focus on relationship management
  • Knowledge of Investments and market dynamics
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the paint, construction, or building materials industry is an advantage
