Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Base Build Senior Quantity Surveyor located in Hyderabad. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing cost control, preparation of BOQs, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. Day-to-day tasks will include managing and forecasting project financials, monitoring expenses, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. The role involves collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Cost Control, Cost Management, Cost Planning, and Cost Reporting
  • Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
  • Relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, and related sectors
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
