Job Summary:

Graniti Vicentia India Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Quantity Surveyor with expertise in architecture interiors to join our team. The Quantity Surveyor will play a crucial role in estimating project costs, conducting quantity takeoffs, and managing the financial aspects of interior design and architectural projects. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of construction materials, methods, and costs.

Responsibilities:

Quantity Takeoffs
: Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs for interior design and architectural projects, including materials, labor, and other resources required.

Cost Estimation
: Prepare accurate cost estimates based on quantity takeoffs, considering market rates, suppliers, and vendor quotations.

·
Budget Management
: Collaborate with project managers and architects to establish project budgets and track costs throughout the project lifecycle.

·
Cost Analysis
: Analyze cost variances and propose cost-saving measures without compromising project quality.

·
Bid Management
: Assist in the preparation of bid documents, including bills of quantities (BOQs), and evaluate bids from vendors and suppliers.

·
Value Engineering
: Identify opportunities for value engineering to optimize project costs while maintaining design intent.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

· Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in architecture interiors or civil projects.

· In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and costs, especially in the context of interior design and architecture.

· Proficiency in estimation softwares like OST, Bluebeam is a plus

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficiency in excel spreadsheet.

1-2 Years of Experience is preferred.
