Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Investment Associate based in Noida. The Investment Associate will be responsible for conducting financial modeling, performing due diligence, and analyzing investment opportunities. The role also involves providing comprehensive investment advisory services and supporting asset management activities. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in the evaluation of potential investments, preparing financial reports, and collaborating with various departments to ensure successful transactions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Modeling and Finance
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Due Diligence capabilities
  • Experience in Investments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
