Sales Manager (Investment Advisory Lead)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead & mentor a team of advisors (up to 10 within 6 months)

  • Guide HNI/UHNI clients in evaluating leased-back assets as investments

  • Drive investment pitches, site visits, and client relationship management

  • Deliver consistent closures while managing P&L responsibilities

Package:

  • Fixed: Up to ₹35,000/month

  • Incentives: ₹40,000 per team closure & up to ₹1,00,000 per personal closure

Sales Associate (Junior Investment Advisor)

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with investors and present real estate as an asset class

  • Conduct client calls & site visits (focus on advisory, not just selling)

  • Deliver 1 closure per month while supporting team targets

  • Learn directly under Sales Managers to grow into a Wealth Advisory role

Package:

  • Fixed: Up to ₹20,000/month

  • Incentives: Up to ₹60,000 per closure
