About the Role:

Maan Aluminium Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced Maintenance Head to lead and manage our maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in hydraulic systems within the extrusion industry, ensuring equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for all hydraulic systems and related equipment, Maintenance as well as utility.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to enhance process efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement industry best practices.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the maintenance team for skill enhancement and productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • BE/Diploma in Mechanical.
  • 18+ years of experience in maintenance with a strong background in extrusion plants.
  • In-depth knowledge of hydraulic systems, troubleshooting, and automation.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a focus on results.
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
