Executive (Operation & Documentation)

  • Licenses - covers driving licenses, operator registration, and vehicle licenses.
  • Traffic - enables a complete understanding of the rules of the road, covers speed limits and traps in detail, and as well toll roads in South Africa.
  • Vehicles - gives information on braking requirements, vehicle dimensions and mass, vehicle equipment, lighting requirements, vehicle marking, maintenance and roadworthy requirements.
  • Maintaining MIS report regarding vehicles (RC, Permit, Tax, Insurance, Fitness, and PUC, etc.)
  • Documentation renewals of vehicle documentation
  • Maintenance of diesel data on daily basis
  • Collect/Maintenance trips sheets storing and file record.
  • Documents scanning & keeping in files & folders
  • Coordinating with head office for all the latest updates
  • Making Documents Sets related letter of credit, inward & outward remittances.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
