Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative based in Mumbai. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, understanding customer needs, providing information about our services, and closing sales. The role includes maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and supporting customers through the entire sales process. Regular training sessions will also be part of the role to enhance skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Customer Support
- Proven Sales skills
- Experience in Training and development
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Previous experience in a sales role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
