We're expanding our team and looking for an
Audience Development Executive
, to help drive our delegate acquisition campaigns. If you have
1–2 years of outbound calling or audience acquisition experience
, strong communication skills, and a passion for meaningful conversations — we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential delegates from a given database to promote and confirm attendance for B2B conferences.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly confirmation targets.
- Maintain detailed call records, remarks, and lead status in CRM or Excel.
- Validate data (designation, company, contact details) and ensure database accuracy.
- Follow up with interested leads to maximize conversion.
- Uphold communication standards and represent the company professionally in every interaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and delegate acquisition teams to improve target lists and outreach strategies.
- Share call feedback and insights to enhance overall audience quality.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive ability
• Strong listening skills and positive attitude
• Basic proficiency in Excel and data entry
Qualifications
• Graduate
• 1–2 years of experience in outbound calling / telesales / audience acquisition
• Experience in the events, media, or marketing domain will be preferred
