Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, on boarding, employee engagement, attendance management, and documentation. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, proactive, and able to contribute to daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
- Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Help in on boarding and induction processes for new employees and interns.
- Maintain and update HR records, attendance, and leave management data.
- Prepare and assist in generating HR reports and MIS updates.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Draft HR-related letters, forms, and other documentation as required.
- Ensure proper communication and coordination within departments.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Educational Qualification:
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
