**Location**: Nehru Place, New Delhi
**Experience**:At least 6 months**
**Timings**: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
**Working Days**: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)
**Salary Budget**: Up to ₹4.8 LPA

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused **Customer Onboarding Executive** to join our team. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys helping customers get started, understands technical products, and thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment. If you’re passionate about delivering great user experiences from day one, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process with live demos, walkthroughs, and training sessions.
- Educate clients on key features and benefits of the platform to ensure optimal usage.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Account Managers) to resolve escalations.
- Continuously monitor customer engagement and provide proactive support to drive adoption.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and feedback.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional solutions or features to existing clients.
- Adapt quickly to changes in workflows and case volumes while maintaining quality support.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Full-time graduation is mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
