Role:- Field Sales ExecutiveDepartment:- Semi Organized-QR (QR Dept.)Eligibility:-Qualification- Minimum 10th Pass_Age- 18 to 35 yrs_Two wheeler Aadhar Card PAN Card Bank Account etc._Salary Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Visakhapatnam, Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Jaipur, Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Bhubaneshwar, Cuttack, etc.--Salary:- CTC upto 21k (18.5k approx in hand) Incentives -_Note:- _Few other Cities are from South India & East India where the salary structure is different. -REST OF INDIA--Salary-: CTC upto 15.5k (12.5k in hand) Incentives -Incentives-1 QR code- Rs.70 (approx)1 Sound Box- Rs. 100 (approx)Revisit- Rs. 50Job Responsibilities :- Responsible for planning & scheduling market visits for lead generation.- Meeting sales targets of multiple payments solutions such as QR code, EDC/card swipe machine, point of sales software, insurance and other financial products.- Deployment of products and articulation of benefits & best practices at client locations.- Ensuring customer satisfaction leading to higher sales conversions and retention.- Gathering consistent feedback from market for existing offerings and insights on competitor.- Moves as feedback for product enhancements.- Enable digital payments at unorganised retailers by on-boarding new retailers & make them understand the complete payments acceptance process and its benefits.- Visit existing merchant and resolve if merchant having any issue.- Metro cities ( 26K ctc. 21K cash in hand )- Ex Delhi, bangalore, Jaipur, hyderabad, Chennai -City 21K CTC Cash in hand-Ex.
