Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Software Asset Management (SAM) Specialist with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in managing enterprise software assets, compliance, and audits. The role requires strong expertise in SAM tools such as ServiceNow, Flexera, or BMC Remedy and deep involvement in software audits, licensing, procurement, and renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end Software Asset Management lifecycle
  • Handle software compliance and vendor audits
  • Work on SAM tools (ServiceNow / Flexera / BMC Remedy)
  • Manage software licensing, renewals, and license portals
  • Coordinate with procurement teams for PO processing
  • Ensure audit readiness and compliance reporting

Required Skills:

  • Strong SAM experience (8–10 years)
  • Expertise in ServiceNow / Flexera / BMC Remedy
  • Software audit management experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Software licensing and renewals
  • Procurement and PO processes
  • License portal management
