We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with 7+ years of experience, specializing in Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs. Responsibilities include customizing Service Cloud features, building scalable solutions, integrating third-party applications, and ensuring best practices in coding and deployments. Hands-on experience with Omnichannel, Case Management, Knowledge Base, and CTI integrations is essential. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and client communication skills are required. Salesforce certifications are preferred. This is a remote role, offering the opportunity to contribute to complex, enterprise-level Salesforce projects.
