Designation : Senior Salesforce Developer.

Location : Gurgaon/Pune.

Work Mode : Hybrid.

Skills : Salesforce, Salesforce CRM, Aura, LWC, Visual Studio.

What you will bring :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on complex projects and large-scale implementations.

- Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and proficiency in developing Lightning components (Aura and LWC).

- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning Component Framework, with a track record of designing and implementing scalable solutions.

- Develop robust Flows, Process Builders, and Workflows to automate business processes and streamline operations.

- In-depth understanding of the Salesforce security model, including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing settings, and data security best practices.

- Expertise in configuring Connected Apps and implementing OAuth authentication mechanisms for secure access control.

- Utilize Named Credentials to securely authenticate external services and APIs within Salesforce.

- Expertise in Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and asynchronous processing (e.g, Queueable and Scheduled Jobs).

- Salesforce certifications.

- Proven ability to lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to design solutions that address complex business requirements.

- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and driving projects to successful completion.
