Roles & Responsibilities:

The Senior Manager of Demand Generation is responsible for driving pipeline creation and customer expansion across North America and the Middle East Africa region. This leader will define the regional campaign mix, oversee launch sequencing, optimize field activation, and own the pipeline and expansion targets for these markets. The role requires tight alignment with regional sales leaders and a hands on approach to executing high impact demand generation programs. This person will also manage Field Marketing and ABM Operations to ensure coordinated execution across the funnel.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline and Revenue Impact

  • Owns marketing sourced and marketing influenced pipeline targets for NAM and MEA.
  • Builds the campaign portfolio for both regions including digital, field, account based, and partner channels.
  • Designs and manages quarterly and monthly campaign launch cadence aligned to regional sales priorities.
  • Leads customer expansion marketing efforts including adoption, cross sell, and upsell programs.

Campaign Strategy and Execution

  • Creates integrated demand programs that combine digital channels, ABM, regional events, and content syndication.
  • Works with Field Marketing to plan and execute field events, executive roundtables, partner activations, and regional sponsorships.
  • Collaborates with ABM Operations to maintain account tiering, target account lists, and multi touch account journeys.
  • Partners with Product Marketing to tailor value propositions, messaging, and offers by region and segment.

Alignment With Sales

  • Partners closely with regional Sales Directors to define quarterly GTM priorities and coverage plans.
  • Runs weekly sales and marketing syncs to ensure program visibility, lead flow management, and pipeline health reporting.
  • Provides enablement and follow up processes to ensure high quality lead handling and accelerated opportunity conversion.

Measurement and Optimization

  • Creates regional reporting dashboards for pipeline, conversion rates, campaign ROI, and account progression.
  • Performs cohort analysis and segment analysis to refine campaign mix and tighten audience targeting.
  • Oversees database quality initiatives for the regions including enrichment and intent data integration.

Team Leadership

  • Leads and mentors the Field Marketing Manager and ABM Operations Manager ensuring collaboration and productivity across regions.
  • Drives operational rigor across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly business reviews.

Knowledge and Skills:

Required:

  • Track record of delivering pipeline and revenue growth for regional markets.
  • Expertise in integrated campaign planning, ABM, and field activation.
  • Proficient with CRM and MAP systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot as well as ABM platforms like Demandbase or 6sense.
  • Strong collaboration skills with Sales leadership teams.
  • Experience managing teams and cross functional initiatives.

Experience and Education:

Required: Eight or more years of experience in B2B demand generation with a focus on enterprise or midmarket SaaS.
