Role Description

This is a
full-time, on-site position
based in
Hyderabad, India
.

The
Demand Planner
will play a key role in
forecasting future product demand
, managing inventory levels, analyzing sales trends, and collaborating closely with
Supply Chain and Sales teams
to ensure optimal product availability.

You will be responsible for
optimizing inventory management
,
reducing stockouts or overstock
, and leveraging
data analytics
to improve forecasting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain
    3–6 month demand forecasts
    across categories and channels.
  • Manage
    inventory replenishment cycles
    , ensuring optimal stock coverage.
  • Analyze
    sales trends and market data
    to refine forecasts.
  • Collaborate with
    Sales, Sourcing, and Finance
    to align demand and supply plans.
  • Monitor
    OTIF (On-Time In-Full)
    and suggest continuous improvements.
  • Prepare
    weekly and monthly MIS reports
    for inventory and forecast variance.
  • Support
    new product launches
    with phase-in/phase-out planning.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in
    forecasting, inventory management
    , and
    data analysis
    .
  • Experience in
    supply chain management
    and
    cross-functional collaboration
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Excel / Google Sheets
    (SQL or forecasting tools a plus).
  • Excellent
    analytical, problem-solving, and communication
    abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Supply Chain Management, Business Administration
    , or a related field.
  • Prior experience in
    Demand Planning
    (D2C or FMCG background preferred).
