Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a National Head, located in Thrissur. The National Head will be responsible for leading and managing the company's operations, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the achievement of organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing various teams, establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and monitoring industry trends. The role also involves setting performance targets, analyzing metrics, and driving systematic process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Team Management skills
  • Experience in Operations Management, Client Relationship Management, and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Proficiency in analyzing Metrics, Reporting, and Performance Target setting
  • Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site and handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Experience in the education, immigration, or consulting sectors is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
