Overview The Business Development position plays a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of the organization. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and developing strategic partnerships to enhance the company's market presence. The individual in this position is expected to have a keen understanding of industry trends and competitors, enabling them to make informed decisions that align with the organization's goals. As a link between the company and external stakeholders, the Business Development professional will conduct market research, create proposals, and participate in negotiations that contribute to revenue generation. Ultimately, the success of this role directly impacts the company's bottom line and its ability to thrive in competitive markets. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and markets.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of market research and data analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
