Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee
    commissioning, prove-outs, and tool procurement
    for HTL, MAS, and Zoller tool pre-setter machines.
  • Develop and implement
    new shop floor work instructions
    to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed
    process flow charts
    for both standard and special gear internal components.
  • Maintain and update
    machine registers
    to record dimensional details for B-Bay machines.
  • Monitor
    daily log sheets
    to identify deviations from standard cycle or setup hours and initiate corrective actions.
  • Derive and validate
    setup and machining hours
    for new and existing processes.
  • Drive
    productivity improvement initiatives
    to achieve higher operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Contribute to improving
    Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
    and
    machine utilization levels
    .
  • Perform
    CAM programming
    for Proteck and Hankook machines to support precision manufacturing.

  • Strong written and spoken English and presentation skills
  • Strong work ethic, high energy level, motivation and enthusiasm
  • Competent with MS-Office
  • SAP operation acquaintance is must

Job Specifications/Profile:

  • Qualification:
    B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience:
    1–3 years of experience as a
    Process Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer
    in a precision or heavy engineering setup, with hands-on exposure to
    shift handling
    ,
    manpower management

    machine operations
    , and
    process control
    .
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in
    CNC programming
    and operational knowledge of machining centers.
  • Exposure to
    CAM software
    (Proteck, Hankook preferred).
  • Understanding of
    lean manufacturing principles

    process optimization techniques
    .
