PRODUCTION ENGINEER/ SUPERVISOR

Location- Mysore

Qualification BE or Diploma in Electrical with 5 to 8 years

Responsibilities:

  1. Production process control (material replenishment/ allocation/ repair/ sample/redo/packaging)

  2. On - site training for new employees (JI work guidance)

  3. Weekly production preparation

  4. Compile production scheduling table according to production situation

  5. Monthly order production preparation

  6. Improve pre - production preparation ability to ensure on - time delivery

  7. Control key points of order conversion to ensure timely list and no abnormalities during order change

  8. Employee communication skills to ensure correct and effective communication of work

  9. Communicate attentively to effectively reduce employee turnover caused by management problems
