Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Engineer

Location: Mysuru.

Department: Quality / Production

Reports To: Quality Manager / Production Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer with a background in electrical or related engineering fields. The role involves inspecting, testing, and ensuring that all products and processes meet company and industry quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of electrical systems, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections of electrical components, panels, and assemblies as per company standards.
  • Perform quality checks at different stages of production and installation.
  • Record and maintain inspection data, test results, and quality reports.
  • Identify and report defects or non-conformities and assist in corrective actions.
  • Ensure that electrical wiring, terminations, and labeling follow approved drawings and safety norms.
  • Verify the calibration status of testing instruments and measuring equipment.
  • Support the implementation of quality control procedures and standard operating practices.
  • Coordinate with the production and design teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and compliance requirements at all times.

Educational Qualification:

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
  • OR
  • Diploma in Electrical / Electronics EngineeringExperience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control or a related role in the electrical or engineering industry.

Skills Required:

  • Basic understanding of electrical drawings and testing procedures.
  • Knowledge of quality inspection tools and measurement techniques.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with ISO or quality management systems (preferred but not mandatory).

Salary:

  • As per market standards and based on qualifications and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
