Company Profile: We are a leading online saree store looking to start our very first boutique in Jayanagar. After running successfully online for the past two years, we're excited to expand into the offline space. Having served 2000+ online customers, we are now ready to bring the Varanchi experience to a physical store.

Role summary: The Store Manager will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience across both the store and the brand. In this role, you'll lead the sales team, manage day-to-day store operations, and ensure a smooth and welcoming environment for every visitor.

Important responsibilities include:

  • Leading, training, and motivating the sales team while closely monitoring their performance and growth
  • Overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a clean, well-organized, and visually appealing shopping environment
  • Actively participating in high-value sales by assisting customers through their purchase journey and offering personalized support
  • Addressing customer queries and concerns across both in-store and online channels, ensuring clear, timely, and supportive responses.
  • Managing stock movement, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring timely in-warding of new arrivals

Preferred Experience

  • One plus years in any customer facing management roles
  • Experience in handling high value customer interactions

Education and Language

  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution
  • Fluency in spoken English and Kannada is essential
  • Knowledge of additional regional languages is an added advantage

The store timings are from 11 AM to 8 PM, and the store will be closed on Mondays. These timings are subject to change based on store response.
