The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring superior customer experience, maintaining stock levels, and managing store staff efficiently while upholding brand standards and operational compliance.Key Responsibilities (KRAs):- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.- Drive sales and profitability by achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and handle escalated customer queries effectively.- Manage and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals and maintain team morale.- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and prevent stock-outs or overstocking.- Implement retail loss prevention and shrinkage control measures.- Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising standards, and brand presentation.- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports and share insights with the regional office.- Schedule staff shifts, track attendance, and ensure efficient manpower utilization.- Coordinate with the backend, logistics, and supply chain teams for smooth operations.- Identify training needs and facilitate staff development programs.- Ensure compliance with safety, audit, and operational standards.- Continuously monitor market trends and customer preferences to enhance store performance.Required Skillsets:- Proven experience in retail store operations and team management.- Strong understanding of retail KPIs, sales analytics, and inventory management.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with retail management software (SAP preferred).- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.- Sound knowledge of retail loss prevention and cost-control measures.
