Job Overview

We are seeking a Secretarial & Compliance Professional with 3–10 years of relevant experience in handling ROC filings, Company Law matters, and business certifications. The role requires strong knowledge of corporate secretarial practices, statutory compliances, and hands-on experience in various government schemes & certifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle ROC compliance & secretarial work including annual filings, incorporation, board resolutions, and MCA-related matters.
  • Manage Company Law compliance and advisory for private limited companies, LLPs, and startups.
  • Assist clients with various certifications such as MSME, ISO, GEM registration, Startup India, and other business-related approvals.
  • Ensure timely filings and compliance with MCA & statutory deadlines.
  • Draft and review agreements, minutes, notices, and resolutions.
  • Act as a compliance advisor for clients and resolve day-to-day queries.
  • Coordinate with management, auditors, and regulatory authorities as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3–10 years of working experience in Secretarial & ROC Compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Companies Act, LLP Act, and MCA processes.
  • Practical experience in handling MSME, ISO, GEM, Startup India & other certification processes.
  • Good drafting & documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MCA portal.
  • Ability to handle client queries independently with professionalism.

  • Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office)
  • Location: Karkardooma, Delhi
  • Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
  • Facilities: All basic amenities available at office
