This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary. The Company Secretary will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks of the company, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and supporting the legal heads, Partners and Board of Directors on client accounts.
Technical skills
- Qualified as a Company Secretary with atleast 2 years of experience;
- Expertise in Corporate Law and compliance;
- Experience in maintaining company records and filing legal documents;
- Bachelor's degree in Law is preferred;
- Relevant working experience on FEMA matters including FC-GPR filings, FLA return, FC-TRS filings, regularization with RBI/ AD bank;
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills;
- Due diligence of private companies including start-ups;
- Compounding of offences with NCLT, RD, RBI etc.
Soft skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines effectively;
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office management software.
