Company Secretarial work as per rules & Act including
Preparation of Notice, Agenda, Minutes and other supporting documents for the Board Meetings and Shareholders' Meetings
Conducting Board and Shareholders' Meetings
Preparation and signing of Annual Report
Preparation, signing and maintenance of Statutory Registers
Preparation, signing and filing of applicable e-Forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs
Custody of Secretarial records
Co-ordination with the Secretarial team
Any other related secretarial work.
NBFC Return Filings.
SEBI Compliances
Xbrl filings
Other Requirements
- Good Drafting Skills
- Strong MS office knowledge
