Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Content Team Lead. The Content Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the content creation process, managing a team of writers, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content. The role involves setting content strategies, communicating with stakeholders, and coordinating content projects. The Content Team Lead will also ensure all content aligns with the organization's mission and values.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Team Leadership skills
  • Experience in Content Management and Project Management
  • Excellent Writing abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote teams
  • Knowledge of mental health topics and peer support is a plus
  • Relevant degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field
