  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop effective campaigns and offerings.
  • Track and analyze performance data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company.
  • Train and support junior sales staff when required.
  • Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities to improve overall business performance.
