Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Consultant – SaaS Solutions who will play a pivotal role in expanding MyOperator's customer base and driving sustainable business growth. You will identify potential clients, understand their business communication challenges, and position MyOperator's AI-powered solutions to help them streamline operations and scale effectively. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in consultative B2B selling, understands SaaS, and is passionate about helping businesses leverage technology for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential B2B clients across various industries.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client pain points and recommend tailored MyOperator solutions to generate revenue.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and product demos to negotiation and closure.
- Maintain accurate lead, deal, and activity records in CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and Product) to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Stay updated with market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities within the SaaS landscape.
- Consistently achieve and exceed business development and revenue targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in Business Development, SaaS Sales, or Consultative Selling (B2B).
- Strong understanding of SaaS or IT solution sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on lead quality and conversion metrics.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in SaaS, AI, or Cloud-based solution sales.
- Knowledge of solution-based or consultative selling frameworks.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop performance-improvement strategies.
