Job Description

  • This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role at the Team Leader level.
  • Candidate should be B2 certified in French.
  • Candidate must be a Native French Speaker (required to communicate over calls in French with clients/customers).
  • Prior experience in KYC is preferred, or experience in Banking or Insurance processes.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts is required.
  • Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate.
  • Work Location: Airoli (Work from office).

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform independent quality checks of client profile updates during the Lifecycle Management process, including Client Corporate Structure, Source-of-Wealth, KYC, Tax, US Indicia, Sanctions, PEP, Sustainability Risk, Reputational Risk, and Client Risk Score, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and bank policies.
  • Serve as the single point of contact / case manager for the team on Periodic Review cases.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Focused Review processes, assisting with the implementation and delivery of continuous process/technology improvements.
  • Uphold the highest standards of control, maintaining data integrity and process controls in day-to-day operations.
  • Stay updated with the latest regulatory, policy, and procedural requirements, and take ownership of relevant procedural updates.
  • Engage business partners in Back Office, Compliance, and Operations regularly to enable effective collaboration in day-to-day work.
  • Provide support for any regulatory and audit-related reviews, and training/walkthrough of the client onboarding process as required.
